Routine inspection conducted today:
All handwash stations, including washrooms, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
200 ppm chlorine residual detected in the bleach sanitizer bucket in the kitchen.
All refrigerator units were noted at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were noted at ≤ -18C.
Hot food were held in hot hold units at > 60C.
High temperature dish machine was noted at 75.7C at the plate level after the rinse cycle. Temperature gauge working, showed 82C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
General sanitation and organization noted excellent.
No signs of pest activities were noted during the inspection.
Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 certificate was posted and verified.
