Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Ice dispensers in the soda dispenser accumulated mildew.
2) Customer self serve station accumulated sticky residue, possibly from soda splashing.

Correction: 1) Place 'do not use' sign on ice dispenser until it is cleaned and sanitized. Take apart the ice dispenser to throughly clean and sanitize.
2) Clean and sanitize customer self serve station.
