Gelato made on-site. Hot beverages. Coolers are at 4 C or colder. Individual scoops are used for each gelato flavour. Hand washing stations (front and back kitchen) have liquid soap and paper towels. Chlorine sanitizer is used for sanitizing equipment. Procedures are followed. Dishwasher has a chlorine sanitizing rinse (50ppm detected after final rinse).
