Cooler progressively getting cooler - 5C at time of follow up inspection
Do not use this cooler until the temperatures are a maximum of 4C. Best case is to have the lower portion of the cooler operating around 2C, so the top (inserts) can maintain safe product temperature of 4C
***Lids required for plastic bins of food in walk in cooler.
