306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following locations:
- storage room under / behind milk crates piled on floor
- back of house - on floor under ice machine, under 2 compartment sink and next to mop sink
- front of house - on floor under corner handsink, under juice mix cooler, under blizzard equipment, under blizzard prep cooler, inside cabinets under both food prep sinks, throughout storage cabinets along front service counter and storage island and on top of shelving above blizzard condiments, and beside blizzard mixer.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.

Observation: No staff on duty have Foodsafe or equivalent training.
Corrective Action(s): At least one staff member is present at all times of operation with Foodsafe training.
