- Minor renovations as per approved plans took place. No major changes to the existing layout. Oven and 2 new sandwich prep coolers replaced old equipment. Updates made to service area counter surfaces, walls, and lighting fixtures. New lighting fixtures have light covers. Premises may provide foodservice to the public.

**The following items must be addressed:
- Move coffee cups and lids from area directly adjacent handsink.
- Remove duct tape from order screens in front service area.
- Move utensil holder to wall closer to hot holding wells.
- Ensure all food equipment is cleaned and sanitized before use.
- Post Permit to Operate in a conspicuous location.

- Handsinks accessible and provided with liquid soap, papertowels, hot and cold water to facilitate handwashing practices.
- All refrigeration units operating at acceptable temperatures (≤ 4 deg C). Each unit is provided with a thermometer.
- Walk-In Freezer: -16 deg C
- Food storage practices appears satisfactory - food is protected from contamination.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available for sanitizing equipment and food contact surfaces.
- 3-Compartment sink has drain plugs to facilitate manual warewashing.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- FOODSAFE requirements satisfied at time of inspection.
