Main chef has retaken Foodsafe Level 1 - certificate received by e-mail. Pest control report forwarded and discussed with pest control company that more details is required. Mice droppings are still noted in the areas previously noted - floor under dry storage shelf, under prep table, along window sill and in closet. Please have staff remove the droppings more frequently and forward the next month's pest control report for review.
