Routine Inspection -Hand washing sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. -Coolers registered at 4 C or below. -Walk in freezer registered at -18 C or below. -Hot holding of cooked foods at > 60C except for eggs. Eggs at 50-55 C. Staff stated eggs are used for a maximum of 50 minutes - ensure items that not hot held are labelled with time stickers. -High temperature dishwasher registered at least 71 C on plate surface during final rinse. -Sanitizer solution registered at 200 -400 ppm for quats and was available throughout the facility. -Ice machine door is falling off - new ice machine has been ordered. -Pest control services are in place. Door sweep to be replaced.
