Comments

General sanitation is good. No obvious signs of pest. Ice wands are used to cool foods. Temperature of refrigeration and dishwasher are satisfactory. Adjust temperature of the water coming out of the tap of the middle handwashing station in the women's washroom. Ensure that the surfaces in the staff washroom is scrubbed weekly. Ensure that temperature log is kept on premises. Remind staff not to use black plastic bags to cover food, and to wash the bucket lids that are stored outside before using.
