Quats dispenser feed at sinks measured 200 ppm - Sanibuckets just changed over and measured same. Cooling units all less than 4 C. Upright freezer ranged between -10 and -15 C - Monitor (should get to -18 C) Walk-in freezer below minus 20 C. handwash stations all equipped with liquid soap and paper towels - except shared employee washroom (with 7 eleven staff). Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of area below back handwash station keeps area clean and dry. Ensure hard-to-reach areas as discussed are regularly audited for quality of detailed cleaning. OK at time of inspection.
