Coolers at 4 C or less.
Freezers at -18 C or less (+2 chest freezers in dining area).
Temperature logs maintained.
Thermometers for cold units - available.
Foods in coolers are covered.
No signs of pests during inspection. Back door has screen door.
High temperature dishwasher achieved 80.9 C on rinse cycle at plate level.
Surface Quat sanitizer in spray bottle was at 200 ppm Quats.
Dry storage - organized.
