Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator is serving food in reuseable dishes again. However, he has purchased a dishwasher (which is being stored on-site) and will be installed soon.
Corrective Action(s): Until the dishwasher is installed, you must use disposable dishes and utensils as discussed.

-Freezers are below -18 degC.
-No hotholding was being done at the time of the inspection.
-Hand sink is fully equipped.
-200ppm bleach solution is available in spray bottles on-site.
-Reminder: no grease laden vapors permitted in this kitchen due to a lack of ventilation. So no grilling, frying, etc.

SUBMIT FLOOR PLANS AND PROPOSAL FOR RENOVATIONS THAT ARE PLANNED IN DECEMBER AS DISCUSSED.
