Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JSHN-CC5NQW of Mar-01-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Meat cutters, grinders, choppers, and other equipment at the back of the store were found with grimes, meat debris that has been previously cut at room temperature (ambient air temperature of 21C) . Correction: Clean and sanitize all equipment immediately after use.
