Baseboard and floor tile replaced.
Most of the unused equipment have been removed.
Foodsafe certificate (temporary) received for operator; shop will be closed when operator is not in store.
Premises also started ordering to go products from Sarashpaz (e.g. noodles, eggplant dips etc.). Facility is VCH approved.
Pending:
->Walk-in cooler needs to be cleaned (mould present on wall) and readjusted to 4C before use.
->Tape used to adhere on to raw wood; discussed that tape is not a permanent solution and that wood needs to be properly sanded and laminated.
->Thermometer obtained onsite is not NSF approved, please obtain a NSF unit to use onsite
->Chlorine test strips have not arrived.
Take photos of the above 4 pending issues and e-mail to me; finish asap as this has been deferred.
-Remove hot dog grill as this unit is not approved in the facility.
->Food Safety and Sanitation Plans received yesterday were inadequate. Discussed basic requirements with owner onsite.

-add sandwiches that are pre-made onsite and stored in the cooler to go
-revise so that all critical steps, critical limit, monitoring action and corrective action are reflective of operation
SP:
-add meat slicer, counters, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and ceiling to cleaning schedule
-include ppm and how to determine chlorine bleach sanitizer
