Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Plastic piping bags are washed and reused a second time.
Corrective Action(s): Plastic piping bags cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized and are intended for one time use. Used plastic piping bags were discarded at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Front pastry displace cooler was at 4C.
-Counter top cooler was at 4C.
-Dairy cooler was at 4C.
-Cake freezers ranged from -10C to -16C.
-Upright freezer was at -20C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 72C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Sink plug and bleach available.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Coffee attachments disinfected after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid.
