Observation: The floor below all the metal cup holder units cannot be cleaned due to the units sitting about 5cm up off the floor. The unit are heavy and cannot be easily moved.
Lower shelf of the hot holding unit has not been repaired
Corrective Action(s): Recommend raising all units up off the floor by having them sit on top of boxed and sealed risers that are about 6 in high. Ensure the boxes are caulked in once on the floor to ensure any spilled syrup from the adhajent slurpee machines will be able to can flow under them.
Provide a timeline on when the hot holding unit will be repaired so that I can set a follow up inspection date.

****Hot Holding monitoring logs are still not been properly documented. Take temperature 30 minutes AFTER the product has been placed into the hot holding unit in order to verify the unit is properly hot holding. Ensure all staff have been trained on how to do this..
