Routine inspection conducted Note: this kiosk is only open/in use during busy times (ie. seasonal). The only potentially hazardous foods processed/prepared at this kiosk are hot dogs. There is only one staff member present to operate the kiosk. Temperatures: Cooler 1 (nearest door): 3.6°C Cooler 2 (nearest handsink): 5.2°C Cooler 3 (back area): 4.6°C Hot dog: 89.8°C Sanitation: Hand washing station (2 compartment sink) equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels QUAT spray sanitizer available; measured 400ppm Chlorine sanitizer available in bucket; measured 200ppm General: Ice machine clean; scoop stored outside ice machine Food (e.g. sandwiches) stored in coolers are prepared at the main kitchen (Duffey's) and then brought over each day Staff member in the Canal Kiosk has valid FOODSAFE (completed Aug 2018) No pest activity observed at time of inspection
