-Freezers < or = -18C
-High temperature dishwasher reached 71.4C at the plate level during the final rinse
-Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in dedicated compartment.
-Dry storage is satisfactory
-No signs of pests observed
-Meat slicer in use and is cleaned and sanitized with bleach after use
-Bleach sanitizer (100 ppm) available in spray bottle

*Staff certified in FOODSAFE level 1 prior to July 29, 2013 must be recertified by July 29, 2018
