Follow up inspection: -Prep. cooler had been re-serviced to remove ice accumulation according to staff. Prep. cooler was at 3 degrees C (required: 4 degrees C or less). -Toppings in the upper inserts were at 4 degrees C or less internal temperature. -Prep. cooler was equipped with a thermometer. -Staff informed they have been monitoring refrigeration temperatures. Recommended: Maintain a daily refrigeration temperature record log. If you have any questions, contact the Environmental Health Officer. Signature is not required due to COVID-19.
