Routine inspection
- hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Reminder: Designated hand wash stations are for hand washing only. Do not wash dishes in the hand wash station.
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree C
- All freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree C
- No hot holding at the time of inspection
- bleach available. Ensure 100 ppm Cl solution is available for wiping cloths. Mix 2 ml of bleach in a litre of water.
Note: Some food products with past best before dates found. Always use FIFA method. (First IN FiIRST OUT) Monitor best before dates.
