Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Staff were not hand washing frequently enough between tasks and this can lead to cross contamination. Staff MUST wash hand frequently to reduce risk of cross contamination issues
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL staff wash hands prior to handling food and when changing tasks or gloves, etc. Gloves are NOT a substitute for hand washing

Observation: * Back door screen was found to be broken and not sealed properly. This is issue from last inspection and must be repaired if you want to keep this door operating. Flies were noted in kitchen flying around and could have entered via screen door.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure back door screen repaired properly and sealed to reduce pest entrance. Keep back door closed until screen repaired

Observation: * Some build up of grime/debris on food equipment and in corners of walk-in cooler and under cooking line that requires cleaning and more regular maintenance
