Internal food product temperatures of following food products in inserts: cut vegetables ~ 9 degrees C., cooked cubed chicken 11 degrees C., shredded cheeses 9 degrees C., bacon bits and sausage chunks 9 degrees C. Internal food product temperatures of following food items in the lower section/drawers: cooked cubed chicken 12 degrees C., ham 12 degrees C., raw shell egg 12 degrees C., bacon bits and sausage chunks 12 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): All items noted discarded. Ensure all cold potentially hazardous foods are stored at or below 4 degrees C at all times.
