Corrective Action(s): Personal possessions must be kept IN the lockers assigned to staff, not hanging from them and not placed wherever they choose throughout the back storage area.

Observation: Double door freezer at 4C
Corrective Action(s): Freezer doors must be kept closed at all times if loading deliveries make sure that only one door is opened at a time, do not open both.
Make sure that when pulling product to defrost that only one box at a time is pulled and labeled before taking the next out of the freezer. Do not pull several boxes at a time and only open one freezer door at a time.
If freezer is warming up make sure that both doors are kept close to prevent food thawing.
If this continues to be an issue consider getting a second freezer to distribute food into to prevent overfilling of the existing freezer and to maximize cooling.

All refrigerators meet temperature requirements, dishwasher sanitizing at 81C at the plate surface, sanitizer at work stations satisfactory, general sanitation fair, no indications of insect or rodent infestation.
