Comments

General sanitation is acceptable but required attention in several areas (see the violation section).
All hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel; hot and cold running water.
No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection.
Washroom - clean; supplied with liquid soap and paper towel; hot & cold running water.
Fan hood - satisfactory;
Bleach sanitizer - available and was at 100 ppm;
Note: The restaurant just opened for the business. The dishwasher is not in use at the time of inspection (no dishes). Make sure it is working properly (must be at list 71 C and more).

Friendly Reminder:
1. Do not double stack uncovered containers with food (Noted the issue in the kitchen insert prep. cooler);
2. Keep all food items covered with lids/plastic wrap all the time. (Note: Observed few food items are left uncovered in a storage coolers.)
3. Keep the back door closed all the time. It was left propped open at the time of inspection.
4. Replace shatterproof light cover for the light cover which is missing in the walk way between the front & kitchen.
5. Do not store anything front of the front hand sink (such as a tray);
6. Clean food debris from a shelf in the freezer;
