Observation: Inside of the ice machine requires cleaning. Picture taken.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to empty out the machine and scrub/clean/disinfect the inside of the machine. [CORRECT BY: Friday, Aug 19'2022]

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Labelled spray bottles had 0ppm Quats measured. Quats dispenser available in the front storage room was not dispensing 200ppm Quats at this time. Both bottles were refilled using the Quats dispenser available in the kitchen at this time. All prep surfaces were disinfected using the newly filled bottles.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to monitor the concentration of Quats on a regular basis. Ensure to have the dispenser available in the front room checked and/or Quats replaced.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating below 4'C; freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- Hot holding units operating above 60'C.
- Scoops (i.e. ice machine/hot holding) stored in proper manner.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 77.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm Quats available at automated dispenser in kitchen.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
