Routine Inspection
-Hand washing sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
-Coolers registered at 4 C or below.
-Walk in freezer registered at -14 C (ensure it is -18 C).
-Hot holding of cooked foods at 60 C or above except bacon. Bacon stored at room temperature for 6 hours and then discarded as per approved food safety plan.
-Observed staff reheating to at least 74 C and checking temperatures.
-High temperature dishwasher registered at least 71 C on plate surface during final rinse.
-Sanitizer solution registered at 200 ppm for quats and was available throughout the facility.
-Ice machine kept in a clean condition. Machine in good condition.
-Pest control services are in place. Door sweep in place.
