Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main hand washing station was obstructed with garbage can and water bottles in the sink. Staff were using 3 compartment sink to wash their hands at the time of inspection.
Ensure main hand washing station is not blocked and always have liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water available.

Premise overall sanitation is satisfactory.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.

Food protected from contamination.
Gloves used are latex free and food grade.
3-compartment sink in use. Bleach sanitizer in use at 200 ppm in sani bucket.
Test strips available.
Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location.

Coolers at 4C and below. Freezer at -13.2C meats Walk in cooler at 3.5C pizza dough.
Check temperatures daily and maintain a log. Temperature logs provided to operator to fill out daily.
One pop cooler with non-potentially hazardous foods only.

Recommendation: FoodSafe Level 1 for staff expire in September 2023. Ensure to renew FoodSafe before they expire.
