Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine at plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles.
NOTE: Ensure to keep wiping rags in a bucket filled with sanitizer or use paper towels.
- Food storage practice satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.

General sanitation level satisfactory, except mentioned above. No signature due to Covid-19.
