-Coolers measured 4C or less: walk in, sliding door cooler, prep cooler
-2 salad coolers are stored with sufficient ice and are only in use during lunch rush. Foods are to be kept out in this manner for 2 hours max and then discarded.

-Dishwasher maintains 72.6C at the plate level
-Ice machine satisfactory and ice scoop stored outside the machine
-Pest reports available, no signs of pest seen during inspection
