2. Dishwashing area - no back splash provided for wall behind the pre-rinse sink/sprayer. The area appears black (possibile mold growth)
3. Food debris accumulation noted on the exterior surfaces of the dough mixer
Corrective Action(s): 1. Deep cleaning required on or before Dec 24, 2016
2. Clean the back splash area and wipe down with sanitizer on or before Nov 30, 2016. Consider providing an appropirate back splash for ease of maintenance in the long run.
3. Clean the dough mixer exterior surfaces on or before Nov 26, 2016
