FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until Aug 2024 Hand sink (2X) equipped with hot/ cold running water. Also equipped with soap and paper towel. Walk in cooler at 3C - good storage practices, food is kept off the floor, dated and labeled. Prep cooler at 4C or less. Sanitizer measured around 200ppm QUAT from dispenser and spray bottle No signs of pests present at time of inspection. Operator has three compartment sink - Reviewed method with operator.
