Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed the sanitizer dispenser at the 3 compartment sink to be inoperable; staff were sanitizing using hot water. Hot water was measured at 50C (minimum 77C required).
Health Rationale:
Equipment and utensils not properly sanitized increases the risk of pathogen survival, leading to potential food born illness.
corrective Action:
Operator provided sanitizing tablets for sanitizing at the time of inspection. Instructions state to fill basin with warm water to fill line and place two tablets in. Ensure equipment and utensils are properly washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried.
