Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upper portion of the guard to the meat slicer observed with food debris affixed. Blade observed to be clean.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure a flashlight, bottle brushes and green scrubbers are used to access hard to reach areas on the slicer as discussed.

Monitoring logs started again. Logs are missing data for the approx. concentration of chlorine in the final rinse of the dishwasher as well as hot holding data.
Aluminum trays have been cleaned
One bulb replaced in the ceiling light fixture
Handles cleaned on sandwich prep cooler. Ensure handles on all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized daily.
Provided information to order a proper test kit for the glasswasher.
