Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dipper well with scoops was turned off at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Keep the dipper well running at all times when storing scoops for ice cream service. Remove the scoops from dipper well, wash rinse and sanitize before reusing them

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): HAndsink in the bar area, the paper towel was not accessible, the dispenser is placed far off from the sink

Observation: The ice scoops were left in the ice bins full of ice, which is used for pouring in drinks, handles directly touching the ice

Comments

Routine inspection is conducted and following are observed:
- All hand washing sinks in kitchen were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Sanitizer dispenser at dispenserstation and spray bottles is dispensed at adequate concentration of lactic acid/DDBSA
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 72C at the dish surface during rinse cycle - good
- Bar glasswasher dispensed 50-100 ppm chlorine to glass surface during rinse cycle
- All coolers were measured at 4C or colder
- All freezers were measured at -18C or colder
- Hot holding of food items is at greater than 60C
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Pest control in place, no signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
