Observation: Build up of grease and dirt noticed in the followign areas:
1. Underneath the double sink, behind the dough mixer, freezer and metal storage shelves.
2. Floor in the corners underneath the front hand sink.
3. Hand basin in the front preparation area
4. The double wash sink.
5.Top wooden shelves in the walk-in cooler with grease build up.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean all of the above areas/surfaces to remove dirt, grease and food build up ( By May 7, 2018).
Recommended replacing the raw wooden upper shelves with washable and durabel material.

Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.
200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer available in the spray bottle.
