Observation: * Some build up of grime/debris still found under some food equipment in kitchen prep areas that requires deep cleaning to remove build up. This is still from several months ago and has not been done yet (even during renovation shut up)
Corrective Action(s): * Complete ALL deep cleaning of food equipment and underneath ALL food equipment to remove build up of grime/debris and construction dust, etc

Observation: * Some caulking has deteriorated and requires upgrade to maintain sanitary conditions(around sink areas). For dry storage room the wall paint has deteriorated and requires repainting
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all caulking repaired where deteriorated and maintained in sanitary condition: repaint dry storage room walls so that paint is in proper working order and free of paint peeling/deterioration
