- All hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm from main dispensing unit and in spray bottles
- Low-temperature dishwasher had greater than 50 ppm chlorine at plate surface level after final rinse cycle
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- All freezer temperatures were satisfactory
- Hot holding units were above 60C
- Scoops were stored properly
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Toppings and condiments kept at room temperature were properly time-coded
- General sanitation good, floors and equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Garbage room satisfactory
