Follow up inspection for ECAO-ANHVE3 (June 20, 2017):
Issues addressed:
Towels stored in bleach sanitizer buckets. One bucket available for the front service area and one available for the back prep area. Sanitizer achieved 100 ppm chlorine
Handwash stations were available and not blocked in the front. Back handwash station is currently the middle compartment of 3 compartment sink with soap and paper towel dispenser installed. Prioritize handwashing over dishwashing when handwashing is needed. Do not store dishware in the middle compartment to allow hand washing to occur at all times.
Tapioca bucket and syrup buckets covered at time of inspection
Skids were removed from back room and replaced with a multi-level shelf. All foods were stored off the ground.
