Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Low temperature dishwasher had 0ppm chlorine measured after final rinse. Priming the tube did not help the situation. Technician was contacted during the inspection.
Correction: Ensure to have the dishwasher repaired and all dishware/cookware washed/sanitized through the dishwasher prior to the Friday evening event.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Low temperature dishwasher still not dispensing the minimum level of chlorine sanitizer. Technician came and repaired on Wednesday.
Correction: Operator contacted technician at this time. Ensure all dishwashing is done through the high temp dishwasher available, as this room is not to be used for today's function. Contact the health inspector once the dishwasher is repaired.

-Low temperature dishwasher achieve the minimum chlorine concentration (50ppm) at plate level after final rinse.
NOTE: Chlorine tube was replaced.
