Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener blade observed to have built-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aformentioned items. Can opener blade must be cleaned and sanitized after each use. If busy, place in dishpit until it can be washed and sanitized.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar handwashing sink lack paper towels.

Observation: Built-up of food debris, bottle caps, and/or glasses observed underneath the ice machine, glasswasher. Built-up of grease observed on exhaust hood vents.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aformentioned areas. Daily cleaning underneath hard to reach areas should be conducted to prevent possible pest harbourage and cross-contamination. Weekly cleaning of exhaust hood vents should be conducted to prevent grease build-up, cross contamination, and fire hazard. Corrected by: June 21, 2023

Observation: Exposed wood shelving observed in dry storage are house to store pop syrup and packaging.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Kitchen handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles and dispenser at 200ppm. 2-compartment sinks available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine. Glasswasher measured at 12.5ppm iodine.
Prep coolers, walk-in cooler, and undercounter bar coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Ice machine and meat slicer in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized.
