Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - All pizzas are made at the second location (outside the skytrain station) and served at this location. - Timer was on to track pizzas. - Temperature of all coolers (x3) recorded at or below 4C. - Handwash station available and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 2 compartment dishwashing available for manual dishwashing. - 200ppm QUATS recorded in 2nd sink and sanitizer pail. - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - No signs of pest activity observed. - Staff on duty has valid FS Level 1 certificate (Exp Sept 1, 2025). Good job! Signature not required due to COVID-19.
