306 corrected - premises in sanitary condition Walk-in cooler has been cleaned as well as underneath equipment. Back area also more organized and 2 comp sink easily accessible (store part). Garbage disposal area has been powered washed. Fume hood has been serviced (new sticker date). System now in place for changing sanitizing solution on a regular basis (timer).
