Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Newspapers are still stored on top of the mixer. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue the practice of storing newspapers on top of the mixer to prevent potential contamination of foods. Newspapers were moved at the time of inspection.

Observation: Rodent droppings are still observed throughout the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all rodent droppings and sanitize all areas affected by rodent droppings. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control services as needed.

Observation: Front handwash station is clogged and does not drain water. Facility is waiting for drain to be serviced.
Corrective Action(s): Service handwash station to ensure it can drain properly to allow staff to properly wash their hands. While handwash station is being serviced, back handwash station can be used for handwashing.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to January 25, 2022.
-Bleach sanitizer was available at 200ppm in both preparation areas. Coffee steaming attachment sanitized with bleach after each use.
-Front handwash station drain pipe is no longer leaking water.
-Shatter shields have been replaced over the light fixtures in the facility.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
