This premises in now only used for catering operation. Sliding door cooler below 4 C. upright freezer at -12 C. Dishwasher reached 73.8 C at the plate surface during final rinse. Quats sanitizer in the spray bottle tested 200 ppm. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. General sanitation is satisfactory. Note: Please submit a description of the catering operation outlining a list of food and beverages, where to be sold etc. and food safety procedures. All ready to eat or ready to cook meals sols as pre-packaged foods must be labelled as per CFIA requirement. Please let our office know if you wish to prepare food for retails stores.
