Comments

On Follow-Up:

-A larger 2-compartment sink has been installed. The baking trays fit in the Compartments.
-Weather stripping has been installed under the back door.
-Espresso machine has been set up in the front.
-Shelving has been installed above the 2-compartment sink for air drying dishes
-Overhead shelving providing across from baker's table -OK
-Soap + paper towel dispenser has been installed at 2-comp. sink.
-CHQ Received for $50 (permit fee). CHQ #4
-Coolers < 4 deg. C/freezers < -18 deg. C/ DW tested on Nov. 12th to be 80 deg. C in rinse cycle.
