All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder. Dishwasher final rinse reached 72 degrees Celsius at the plate surface. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink. Bleach water measured 100 PPM chlorine in spray bottle. Cutting board still being held on counter with screws. This is not ideal as it is not easily cleanable.
