Observation: Wiping rags noted on counters.
Correction: Wiping rags to be store in a bucket of sanitizer after wiping counter, do not leave them on counter, after wiping rinse and store them in a bucket of sanitizer away from food.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: No hot water at hand washing sink, hot water been closed off due to leak for 3 weeks.
Correction: Repair it , hand wash sink must have hot and cold running water at all time so food handler can wash their hands properly.

-Manager register for FS training- he will schedule training for staff later

*Do not use cardboard boxes to line work table and shelving -Remove all
* Wash all dry goods bins and other food containers (buckets)
* Record temp monitoring ( coolers twice, hot holding twice , sanitizer concentration for spray and bucket once daily) and keep log sheet on site
* Increase frequency and intensity of cleaning for the faciity to maintain a satisfactory level at all time.
* Observe staff hygiene - disposable gloves to be used with good hygeine ie: after contacting with any contaminated surface/or material gloves to be removed, wash hands and put a new pair of gloves
