Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Bleach sanitizer in buckets measured 100 ppm.
Upright cooler and prep line cooler was at 4-5 deg C.
Freezers were at -18 deg C.
Summer season is slow. Food stored prep line cooler (for sushi) was minimal.
Hot holding for sushi rice was at 62 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
General sanitation was good. Floor, equipment and counter tops were in sanitary condition.
Note: Keep personal food items separate from products that are sold in the store (both in the cooler and dry storage area).
