On Follow-Up:
-Cardboards have been removed from the back storage shelf
-Prep cooler in the front service area has been fixed and is at 4 degC
-Kimchi soup was out at room temperature again. Operator has purchased a Hot Cold Drop-in unit (custom-made) that will be able to hold the soup at temperatures below 4 degC. The unit should be on-site within the next 3-4 weeks. Until then, practice proper cooling procedures as discussed.
