Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink was operational and drain plugs were available.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was setup in a bucket with wiping cloths.
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration temperatures were being maintained on logs.
Domestic cooler, freezer component, and cabinets (used to store pre-packaged single-use cups) were being kept locked between use in the meeting room.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Staff member on shift had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 training.
Permit to operate was present on-site. *Make sure this permit is posted in a location where the public may view it easily.
